Episode XI: The Jump

Trevor and Uri jump off a bridge...twice--because once isn't enough. Uri screams like a baby. Trevor is pure badass. Then they visit Matapo National Park in Bulawayo.

Episode X: The Phantom Mzungu

Trevor and Uri spent three weeks enjoying the natural beauty of Uganda. The country's beauty was matched by that of the local people. Our travelling duo made many new kindhearted friends wherever they found themselves, whether it was in Kampala, Jinja, Fort Portal, or Kibale.

Episode IX: Kilimanjaro, Hakuna Matata

Trevor and Uri set off on their most ambitious mission yet: Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania! But they weren't alone. They had eleven other amazing human beings to share the journey with. They also had six outstanding guides courtesy of Ultimate Kilimanjaro, as well as a score of superhuman porters to assist them every step of the way. It was one crazy happy family. Afterwards, Uri and Trevor tag along with Gene the Weather Machine on a 4-day safari through Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorogoro Crater.

Episode VII: North of the Wall

That's right, we went North of the Wall. Fear not, though; we didn't see any white walkers. We just saw a whole lotta natural beauty all around us. Sometimes, it honestly felt like being in a science fiction or fantasy book. Being in Iceland is like being on another planet.

Episode III: Beatlemania

Trevor, Doris, and Uri have left Belfast by ferry and landed on the shores of the birthplace of the legendary Beatles. Doris is pretty much losing her mind with excitement. This is her Holy pilgrimage. From LIverpool, they head to Chester, where they meet up with Drew, a friend of Uri's from Korea. The foursome travel to Bristol and Bath together before parting ways. Along the way, they partake in some camping, play a whole lot of cards, steal some books, learn about the history of fashion, as well as the history of cheddar cheese. Go Figure. With Drew gone back home to Newcastle, our trio head to London, where they embark on a few walking tours, learning about Harry Potter, street art in London, and the history of Soho. They befriend a couple of fellow Canadians on one of these tours, and everybody has a merry old time. There were also salt beef bagels involved. Oh, those salt beef bagels.

Episode IV: The Fringe Awakens

Our travelling trio land in the middle of one of the larges festivals in the world: The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The city is overrun by thespians! Leaving the maddening crowd behind, Trevor, Doris, and Uri head for the Shetland Islands in search of beautiful landscapes. What they find is a whole lot of terrified sheep, some funny looking ponies, and an entire island populated by the sweetest people you ever did meet. On their way to Loch Ness, they meet the White Witch of Narnia, who actually melts their hearts with kindness. Things get even wilder when they arrive in Loch Ness. That's where they meet the real-life Rubeus Hagrid, who oddly enough, heads the Weasley household. And later still, they ride the Hogwarts Express from Fort William to Mallaig and Back! Scotland: The place where fantasy becomes reality. There's a reason the unicorn is their national animal.

Episode II: Wubba Lubba Dub Dub (Ireland)

This is a video of our time in Ireland. Uri, Doris, and I spent ten spectacular days taking in one breathtaking view after another across Ireland. It had been on all of our bucket lists for quite some time, and it didn't disappoint. You could feel Dublin's pulse among the people, which stood in stark contrast to the calmness of Cork. Galway was that quiet and shy child with an artistic streak. Belfast, though we weren't there very long, came across as a bohemian paradise, what with its huge university presence and all. But once again, as will likely be the case for most of the countries we visit, it was the people that stole our hearts.

Episode 1: The Journey Begins (Italy)

A video documenting the first chapter of our adventure. We spent ten days in Italy exploring Pescara, Florence, Verona, and Venice. Many of the highlights weren't captured on video, so we've created a list of ten of our favourite moments, in no particular order. What you'll see in the video is a celebration of art, architecture, and history; but what captured our hearts in Italy--as is evident by our list--was the generosity and the hearts of the people we came across.
